TF1 to launch TFou Max SVoD service for children on 5 Feb

French broadcaster TF1 will launch the TFou Max SVoD service for children on 5 February. It will cost EUR 3.99 a month after a 3-6 month EUR 1 off promotional period, writes Le Figaro. TFou Max will be distributed only by Orange and Bouygues Telecom at launch. The service targets children aged 3 to 12 with 2,000 titles to be watched on TV via operator STBs or from any tablet or smartphone. Rival SVoD services Netflix and CanalPlay already carry a selection of children's content.
