Thailand to release regulations for IoT devices by end-2019

Thailand's National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) has set up a committee to develop two out of the five categories of regulatory frameworks for IoT connected devices, The Bangkok Post reports. The regulator plans to release the first two regulatory drafts governing Internet of Things (IoT) devices by year-end, and establish guidelines for M2M connectivity across industrial sectors.
