Third of Brits face broadband delays when moving house - survey

New research from Citizens Advice shows that more than one third of Brits moving home suffer unexpected delays in getting their broadband set-up, with some facing delays of more than two weeks. The most common problems experienced by Brits transferring or setting up a new broadband connection when they last moved house are slow or unreliable connections (15%), engineers needing to make multiple visits (11%) and engineer appointments being rescheduled (9%).
