Third of Dutch active on 4G networks - Telecompaper

The number of 4G smartphones among Dutch consumers has more than doubled in the past year, according to a study by Telecompaper and its Consumer Panel. 4G smartphone ownership jumped to 51 percent in September from 27 percent in August the year before. The use of 4G network has meanwhile tripled, to 33 percent in September from 12 percent in August 2014. In the last two years, 4G smartphone ownership has tripled to 51 percent from 14 percent. In September 2013, 62 percent of Dutch consumers did not own a 4G smartphone; the figure has dropped to a third. In April of this year, 4G smartphones
