Three in ten Dutch mobile users changed plan in past year - ACM

Around one in eight Dutch mobile consumers changed provider in the past year, according to an annual survey by the regulator ACM. In the year to July, 30 percent of consumers switched to a new mobile plan, including 12 percent who moved to a new provider and 18 percent who stayed at the same operator.
