Three-quarters of Germans say Wi-Fi access during holiday important

Nearly three-quarters of Germans (73 percent) said having access to Wi-Fi and internet played an important role in the selection and booking of accommodation for their holiday plans, according to a representative study of 1,012 consumers over the age of 16 from German digital association Bitkom. Nearly nine in ten (89 percent) of respondents between the ages of 16 and 29 years said they do not want to go without internet during their holiday, while 84 percent of respondents between the ages of 30 and 49 years said having internet access in their holiday accommodation was important.
