Thuringer Netkom buys Keyweb minority stake and plans hosting service cooperation

German regional operator Thuringer Netkom is planning a cooperation with internet hosting service provider Keyweb following the acquisition of a minority stake of 25.1 percent by parent company TEAG Thuringer Energie. The majority stake in the company (74.9%) remains in the hands of founder Frank Nowag.
