TI Media monitors Council of State frequency judgment

Telecom Italia Media has announced that it's keeping a close watch on the progress of the court proceedings regarding the failure to assign the fourth frequency in the analogue to digital switchover to its newly created network operator Persidera. The company's board said the Italian Council of State has set a date of 02 July to hand down its judgment on the appeal lodged, which also affects TI Media's merger into the parent company Telecom Italia.
