Ticketing group Tibbaa starts MVNO in Netherlands

Tibbaa, a Dutch provider of event ticketing services, has started services as a MVNO on the KPN network. The company will sell Sim-only plans in combination with its other services. Phones, accessories and streaming services will be added soon.
