Tieto says digitisation assists popular forestry ownership

Friday 1 July 2016 | 14:17 CET | News
Tieto said most forest owners in Finland have used digital services to monitor their plantations. Together with the University of Jyvaskyla, it surveyed 13,533 forest owners and found that 72.9 percent of all respondents had used such services, with 20.4 percent using them more than ten times in the past year. Tieto said digital products support remote management as forest ownership becomes more widespread.
