TikTok owner ByteDance plans music streaming launch by end-2019 - report

Chinese technology group ByteDance, which operates the TikTok video app, is in talks with Warner Music, Sony Music and Universal Music for global licensing deals for a new music subscription service, reports the Financial Times.
