TIM, Microsoft to use AI tools to boost customer care

Telecom Italia (TIM) and Microsoft have signed an agreement to work together on bringing artificial intelligence (AI) technology to all of the operator's business segments. Specifically, TIM will adopt Microsoft's Artificial Intelligence Platform to boost its digital transformation in Italy and Brazil, allowing it to deliver customised digital assistance via contact centres, significantly improving the customer experience.
