TIM signs 2-year customer service outsourcing deals with 7 call centres

TIM signed two-year agreements with seven large call-centre operators to whom it will outsource all commercial and technical customer service activities. The agreements, covering both consumer and business clients, will run for 2018-19 and are expected to lead to cost savings, the company said.
