TIM still mulling whether to accept RaiWay-F2i bid for Persidera - report

Telecom Italia (TIM) is set to decide by early next week whether to accept a joint bid from Rai's towers subsidiary RaiWay and Italian infrastructure fund F2i for the majority stake in broadcasting unit Persidera, according to an unnamed source cited by Reuters. The bid is the only one received by the advisors Barclays and Lazard within the extended term and is reportedly around EUR 100 million short of TIM's original valuation of EUR 350 million.
