TIM to transfer 265 staff from Milan and Turin to Rome

Friday 10 February 2017 | 10:59 CET | News
Telecom Italia (TIM) is set to transfer 265 employees from Milan and Turin to its Rome office as part of a real estate rationalisation plan, reports La Repubblica. Some 125 employees (including 21 managers) will move from the company's historic headquarters on Milan's Via Negri, practically the entire workforce present at the building, which the company sold to Fondo Inarcassa RE for EUR 75 million in 2014 and subsequently rented back. However, TIM chairman Giuseppe Recchi stressed that Milan would remain as the company's legal headquarters.
