Time Warner Cable to face peering complaint

Webcam hosting operator company Commercial Network Services (CNS) plans to file a peering complaint against Time Warner Cable (TWC) under the FCC's new network-neutrality rules unless the companies agree to a free peering deal, CNS CEO Barry Bahrami told Multichannel News. The new rules, which took effect from 12 June, create a case-by-case complaint process for interconnection problems that are claimed to impede an open internet.
