TiVo inks new credit agreements as it prepares for separation by April

Monday 25 November 2019 | 16:33 CET | News
TiVo said it has entered into a new USD 715 million five-year term loan credit agreement with HPS Investment Partners, and a revolving loan credit agreement worth USD 60 million with Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. TiVo said it used the proceeds from the credit agreement to pay back loans under its existing term loan B facility. Any money left over from the loan will add cash to the company's balance sheet as it prepares to spin off its Product business. The revolving loan will also help facilitate the separation.
