TiVo writes down Product division as strategic review continues

TiVo reported fourth-quarter revenues down 21 percent to USD 168.5 million, as income from licensing settlements and hardware halved. Adjusted EBITDA fell 43 percent to USD 42.1 million, and a goodwill impairment of USD 269 million led to an operating loss of USD 273.5 million. TiVo said its strategic review is still underway and did not give guidance for future results.
