Thursday 16 May 2019 | 10:48 CET | News
TomTom said it will return about EUR 750 million to its shareholders from the sale of TomTom Telematics to Bridgestone for EUR 910 million. TomTom will return the money on 27 May, through a consolidation of shares at the end of the Euronext Amsterdam trading day on 22 May. For every 16 shares, 9 will remain, resulting in the repayment of EUR 5.74 per remaining share. This is equivalent to EUR 3.22 per share, based on the number of outstanding shares before consolidation.
