Toshiba Europa (Neuss, Germany) has introduced Toshcom, a new information system which has been developed for use by the company's dealers and sales representatives. The new system is based on Lotus' Notes groupware package and the Info Pump router software from Trinzic (Cologne, Germany). The new system is currently being tested among 40 of the company's sales representatives, each of whom will be able to use the system to gain access to databases containing information on Toshiba's products and clients.
