Toshiba restarts sale of memory ops after hitting deal with SanDisk

Toshiba said has reached a deal with Western Digital unit SanDisk that recognises Toshiba's right to negotiate and sign the sale of its memory businesss. The agreement removes the need for further action by a court in California on SanDisk's motion for preliminary injunctive relief, relating to the sale of Toshiba's operatons.
