Toshiba transfers Unified Communications assets to Mitel

Toshiba has signed a deal to transfer some Unified Communications business assets and support obligations, including existing inventory, to Mitel. The move follows Toshiba's decision, taken earlier this year, to exit the market. The memorandum of understanding (MoU) also contemplates a transition services agreement to ensure product and service continuity for Toshiba customers.
