Tuesday 30 April 2019 | 17:16 CET | News
Trade-in programmes in the US continued to grow in Q1, returning over USD 500 million to consumers, according to data from Hyla Mobile. Some USD 527 million was returned to US consumers via trade-in programmes, an increase of 10 percent from Q1 of 2018. Hyla's data also shows that the trend for holding onto devices continues into 2019, with the average age of iPhones at trade-in in Q1 breaking the three-year mark.
