TTK cleared to acquire own network
The Russian government has approved a plan for the operator TTK to acquire the 53,000-km network of its parent company Russian Railways, report RBC Daily. TTK has to date leased the network from the rail operator. It has been cleared to take over the ownership of 18 regional network operators. The change in ownership is expected to open the way for an IPO of TTK.
