TTK starts customer support over Viber, Telegram

Russian fixed operator TTK has started supporting its customers over Viber and Telegram messengers. Subscribers will be able to get information about fixed internet and pay-TV services. The service is available in beta in Central, Caucasus, the Urals and Northern macro-regional branches of the operator. It will go Nationwide by the end of March.
