Turk Telekom adopts new working model

Turk Telekom is moving to a Personalized Working Model (Kisiye Ozel Calisma Modeli), prepared with the insights gained from the experiences of its employees. Explaining that the epidemic has made remote working permanent, Turk Telekom built its working model with a focus on efficiency and sustainability. Employees will gradually switch to the new working model, which includes mobile, office, hybrid and remote.
