TV, internet price hikes motivate few customers to change provider - survey

The recent price increases by Dutch operators have not led to many customers changing provider. Only 4 percent of consumers faced with the increase in prices said they have changed operator or plan to, research by Telecompaper found. Around fifth said they were unaware of the price hike. Ziggo subscribers are less likely to switch than KPN customers.
