TV series have a fixed place in Germans' daily lives

Three quarters of Germans watch at least one series regularly on TV or online, while the percentage goes up to 90 percent among young people aged between 18 and 29, according to a recent survey conducted on behalf of Goldmedia Research. It said 38 percent of the respondents follow two to three series, and 23 percent even follow four or more. The most popular genre is soap operas/docusoaps followed by crime/thriller and comedy.
