TV5Monde selects Orange's Media Delivery Boost for content distribution across Africa

French international broadcaster TV5Monde will rely on the CDN (Content Delivery Network) infrastructure provided by Orange's Media Delivery Boost offering to improve end-user experience in Africa. The new deal covers the TV5Monde Afrique mobile app, a large catalogue of video content (including news, documentaries and music) currently available in Cameroon, Cote d'Ivoire, Tunisia and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Orange said that Media Delivery Boost would improve throughout the year with the addition of new Content PoPs, providing TV5Monde and other clients low latency across the Africa
