Twitter launches native GIF search feature

Twitter has announced the launch of a native GIF search feature for Android, iOS and web users. The button will allow users to search for GIFs using keywords, then share them via tweets and direct messages. "If you're looking for the perfect cat yawn or dance move to express exactly how you feel, just click the new GIF button," explained Twitter in a blog post, adding that last year Twitter users shared over 100 million GIFs. The feature is powered by GIF search engines Riffsy and Giphy – which provide a similar service for Facebook Messenger – and will be rolled out around the world over the
