Two investors interested in Altice Portugal fibre business - report

A consortium that includes the Canadian pension fund Omers is in the final round to acquire a 40 percent stake in Altice Portugal's fibre network business. Informed sources told Bloomberg the negotiations between the consortium that includes Omers and Altice Europe "have advanced in recent weeks, after having been stopped". The agency also added that another group is interested in the fibre-optic network, which may be worth EUR 3-4 billion.
