Two-thirds of Dutch households have tablets

Two-thirds (67%) of the Dutch had tablets in the third quarter, according to the latest edition of TP:Basics. While tablet penetration continues to increase, growth in the Dutch market has been slowing in recent quarters. Compared to the second quarter, penetration only increased by 1 percent point. In the second quarter, the quarterly increase was 3 points. Couples with children have the highest tablet penetration, at 75 percent of such households in Q3, while only 52 percent of single-person homes have tablets. High-income households are also more likely to have tablets, at 78 percent of
