Two thirds of German employees believe technology can help slow Covid-19 - survey

Two thirds (65%) of Germans believe that digital technology could help to slow the spread of the coronavirus, for example through home office working, according to a survey out by digital association Bitkom, with more than 1,000 respondents aged 16 and over during the period 11-15 March.  According to the survey, one out of two (49%) of the respondents who are employed work fully or at partially at home, while 18 percent were previously not allowed to work from home but do so now at least from time to time (15%) or entirely (3%).
