UFC-Que Choisir reports new rise in consumer complaints for French telecom services

Thursday 18 January 2018 | 11:30 CET | News
French consumer protection association UFC Que Choisir saw an annual increase of 4.8 percent in the number of complaints received in 2017 from end-users with regard to telecom services. This follows the record rise of over 20 percent reported in 2016, which was partly caused by a spike in complaints from SFR customers. With over 6,500 logged issues, SFR continued to top the list of telecom operators generating the most grievances, accounting for nearly half of the total, although it received fewer complaints compared with 2016 (-3%).
