UFC-Que Chosir wants clearer contracts from social networks

French consumer association UFC-Que Choisir has put social networks on notice to change their use contracts or face legal action over its contention that users are not being given enough control of their private data. An analysis of Facebook, Google+ and Twitter convinced the association that social networks are avoiding their legal obligations and appropriating users' private data. UFC-Que Choisir calls on the social network companies to modify their contracts to stop these "inadmissible practices".
