UFC threatens legal action over Free Mobile service faults

Tuesday 27 March 2012 | 09:54 CET | News
French consumer association UFC-Que Choisir has written to new operator Free Mobile to put it on notice about its obligations of transparency and information towards its customers, the association's president, Alain Bazot, told AFP. UFC wants the operator to indemnify customers for faulty service. Bazot criticises Free Mobile for remaining silent in the face of customer complaints. UFC threatened to take legal action if it does not receive a reply from the operator within ten days.
