Ugandan govt seeks public comments on mobile, web payments

The Ugandan government is developing a law that will govern how mobile money and internet banking transactions are conducted in the country, New Vision reported. The Uganda Law Reform Commission (ULRC) is inviting members of the public to contribute to the content of the law by participating in a study.
