Ugandan president appoints Baryomunsi as minister of ICT

Ugandan president Yoweri K Museveni has appointed Chris Baryomunsi as Minister of ICT and National Guidance. Baryomunsi will be assisted by Joyce Ssebugwawo as the State Minister for ICT and National Guidance. Baryomunsi and Ssebugwawo replace Judith Nabakooba and Peter Ogwang as the ICT Minister and State Minister for ICT respectively.
