UK government outlines strategic priorities for regulator Ofcom

UK Digital Secretary Nicky Morgan has outlined the government's priorities for telecoms regulator Ofcom, including helping to deploy gigabit-speed broadband nationwide as fast as possible and tackling unfair telecoms business practices.
