UK govt appoints Ian Livingston to lead vendor diversity taskforce for telecoms sector

The UK Government has appointed Ian Livingston, former CEO of BT and current chairman of Dixons Carphone, to lead a vendor diversity taskforce being set up to oversee the replacement of Huawei technology in the country's 5G networks, reports the Financial Times.
