UK govt reaches 95% superfast broadband roll-out target

The UK Government has confirmed that 'superfast' broadband is now available to more than 19 out of 20 homes and businesses (citing figures published by thinkbroadband.com), delivering on its pledge to make speeds of at least 24 Mbps available to 95 percent of premises by end-2017.
