UK ISPs reject moves to block illegal gambling sites

UK ISPs have rejected moves by the Gambling Commission to impede access to unlicensed gambling sites, reports the Financial Times. The Commission wanted the ISPs, including TalkTalk and BT, to implement 'warning pages' on unlicensed gambling sites to inform potential customers that they are illegal. However, the ISPs are insisting they need a court order or primary legislation before they can enact such measures.
