UK ISPs start campaign to encourage comments in consultation

Wednesday 27 July 2016 | 10:37 CET | News
UK ISPs have started a campaign called 'Fix Britain's Internet' to encourage British consumers and businesses to comment in Ofcom's consultation on changing wholesale broadband regulations. TalkTalk said in a statement that the ISPs believe businesses "have been badly let down by the current system", with many waiting too long to get high-speed, reliable connectivity. By visiting the campaign's website, consumers and businesses can fill out a form to send comments to Ofcom on the consultation. ISPs backing the campaign include Sky, TalkTalk, Vodafone and the Federation of Communication
