UK ISPs want govt to streamline regulatory system to boost cyber security

A survey of ISPA members shows that the Government needs to streamline the complicated regulatory system to safeguard UK cyber security. ISPs expressed concern about the risk of creating unnecessary complicated rules and duplication of reporting and responsibilities across regulatory bodies. They also highlighted the important role of the Government in promoting good cyber security practice by setting minimum standards and raising awareness of new regulations.
