UK MPs recommend compensation for poor broadband speeds

The British Infrastructure Group of MPs (BIG) has published a new report into broadband customer services in the UK. The 'Broadbad 2.0' report makes a series of recommendations to broadband providers, Ofcom and the government to help improve broadband customer services.
