UK operators agree increased coverage offer - report

UK MVNOs EE, O2, Three and Vodafone, have agreed to offer to invest tens of millions of pounds to boost rural coverage and eliminate partial notspots to prevent the passing of new laws that would force them into a national roaming system. The operators have agreed to offer to build masts to increase their voice and text coverage to about 89 percent of Britain, several sources told the Telegraph.
