UK privacy regulator sees 15% increase in complaints in past year

The UK's Information Commissioner's Office reported a significant increase in data protection complaints in the year to March, driven by growing public awareness of online privacy issues. The number of complaints rose by 15 percent over the year, while self-reported data breaches increased by 30 percent, according to the ICO's annual report.
