Ukrainian mobile operators start refarming 900 MHz spectrum

Ukrainian mobile operators Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine and Lifecell have started re-farming frequencies in the 900 MHz band.  The bands will be used to provide LTE services across the country, including villages with more than 2,000 residents and motorways. The refarming will enable each of the operators to use wider bands for LTE services.
