Ukrtelecom applies to take over Intertelecom numbers

Ukrainian national operator Ukrtelecom has applied to the regulator NKRZI for clearance to acquire part of Intertelecom's numbers in certain regions. The watchdog earlier issued a call for interested takers, after Intertelecom stopped providing its telephony services in 14 regions and the city of Kiev.
