Ukrtelecom's Trimob to become MVNO

Ukrainian national operator Ukrtelecom has announced that its mobile operator Trimob subsidiary will soon become an MVNO. Trimob will provide services on the network of a partner. The mobile operator will continue using its frequency bands only in the city of Kiev.
